亚洲色吧 Summer Internship Program
The 亚洲色吧 鈥淲ar for Talent鈥� stretches from the highest levels of our companies to individuals who have yet to begin their promising careers. Based in our Greenwich offices, the ten-week 亚洲色吧 Internship Program is a highly selective, hands-on summer experience.
Participants are chosen from a substantial pool of students from premier colleges and universities across the country. Each individual is paired with an 亚洲色吧 partner and associate as their primary mentors and given substantive assignments, upon which they receive regular feedback. Assignments have included supporting deal teams and working on value creation initiatives for 亚洲色吧 companies.
Our goal is to provide a meaningful mentorship experience for talented students while, at the same time, affording us an 鈥渆xtended interview鈥� of potential 亚洲色吧 leaders of the future.

Our Class of 2016 included an engineering student named Julia McManus, who had recently completed her junior year at Fairfield University.聽 At the conclusion of her Summer Internship Program, Julia had demonstrated an ability to drive positive change.
She was offered an 亚洲色吧 Field Associate position and today serves in that position at Banker Steel鈥檚 offices in New York City.聽 Having completed her degree in engineering, Julia is today part of the team responsible for executing Banker Steel鈥檚 key role in the roughly $3 billion One Vanderbilt project, a commercial office tower adjacent to Grand Central Station that will forever redefine the NYC skyline.
